There are times at which the driver may want to check your driver's license at the time of delivery. The driver will always have a virtual copy of your driver's license on him or her, but sometimes people change hair color, eye color, lose or gain weight, etc., which may cause a person to look dramatically different than their ID photo. Having your ID on hand will ensure the driver that he or she is delivering to the right person.
2. Be attentive to your phone.
The bottom line is...we can't deliver to you if we can't contact you. It is important to keep your phone close when ordering marijuana delivery so that Proper Rx drivers can communicate with you, if necessary, with traffic updates, location questions, and simply let you know they have arrived. No call no show deliveries do incur a re-delivery fee so don't fall victim to, "I'm sorry my phone was in the other room and I didn't hear it." Oh ya...and make sure your phone is not on vibrate! 3. Be available to receive your order.
Plain and simple. If you placed the marijuana order, then it must be you who receives the order from our Proper Rx delivery driver. Not our rules, it's the law. This minor qualification ensures that marijuana products are not going into the hands of the wrong people. So please don't send your wife, husband, roommate, or friend to receive your order. After multiple deliveries we don't mind you sending a significant other to greet our driver but until then let's follow the rules. We appreciate your caring and understanding.

If you prepaid or are using your debit card when the driver arrives then this does not apply to you. But, if you are paying cash please have that ready. Before your marijuana order is dispatched a representative will ask you if you need change. The reason being is we are trying to minimize risk and loss, hence our drivers do not carry extra cash on them. If you say "no" to change, the driver will not be bringing any with them. If you requested change the driver will have exact change for the amount you are giving him or her.
